The hotel was easy to find and seemed to have accessible transportation nearby. the room provided ample space for 2 people and had a small kitchen and a sitting area. the bathroom was functional. there were no details about disability, friendly services, and breakfast options were not mentioned.
The check, in process was a bit difficult, and the tablet wouldn't accept the provided QR code. It lacked the presence of a person to assist in the check, in process, which made it more challenging.

My partner and I recently had a romantic escape and it was amazing. the online check-in was a bit of a challenge but the staff was helpful and resolved it promptly. We loved the spacious room with a seating area and kitchenette that had all the necessities we needed. the location was perfect with easy access to the subway and walking distance to the port for the ferry to Busan. We also enjoyed the fact that the property was easy to locate.
The only negative aspect we experienced was the online check-in. We completed it online, but the tablet wouldn't accept our QR code, causing us to ask for assistance.

The property was conveniently located and easy to find. Our accommodation was spacious enough for our needs and included a sitting area as well as a small kitchen with utensils. It was also nice to be within walking distance of the subway and port, making it easy to explore the area.
The check-in process was a bit frustrating as the online check-in system was not functioning properly. We had to call for assistance to work it out, which took some time.

We absolutely loved our stay in this hotel. The best aspects were the convenient location, cleanliness, and friendly staff. We were able to easily find the hotel and it was walking distance to many transportation options, including the subway and ferry port. The room was spacious enough for two people, with a cozy sitting area and a well-equipped kitchenette. Keeping it clean was no hassle at all, thanks to the hotel's excellent cleanliness standards.
